There are some weekends or days when you just feel like being at home in your pajamas, relaxing or may be watching your favorite series, match or movie or you are just having a lazy day. I too have such days and on those days I think of making a breakfast or snack that can be made in a jiffy and I get back to the “Games of Thrones” series to which I am hooked these days.
On one such day when my refrigerator only had a packet of bread, some vegetables and cheese (which you will always find in my fridge 🙂 ) I thought of making a quick chilli cheese toast on tawa and enjoy it with tea in my bed. Cheese chilli toast is very popular in Mumbai and available almost at all the sandwich joint and yes, different versions of it are available. I added few more vegetables to it to make my version of Indian chilli cheese toast or you can call it “bread pizza” This chilli cheese toast is perfect for breakfast or snack and the cheese in it is enough to make a cheese lover (like me 🙂 ) happy. You can make some modifications as per your taste and relish it.
Try out this lazy day chilli cheese toast and let me know how was it or how do you make it at your home. I would love to see the pictures of your creations so if you post it on Instagram don’t forget to tag me @savorytales.
