Thillai’s Chicken Chettinad Curry Masala

Salt to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in the pan.
Add mustard seeds, when they start crackling, add chopped onions.
Saute them and add tomato puree.
Add the chicken chettinad curry masala.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, add chicken pieces and mix well
Add water and cook till the chicken pieces are nicely cooked.
Adjust salt to taste and water to get the desired consistency.
Serve hot with steamed rice or roti.
