Instructions
  1. Firstly, take a pressure cooker and add chicken, gram pulse, potato, cumin powder, coriander powder, green chili, whole red chili, red chili crushed, whole hot spices, whole cumin, salt, garlic, ginger, turmeric. Pressure cook for 2=3 whistles.
  2. Once pressure releases open and keep cooking it until it becomes dry, and then mash it or grind it.
  3. After that, add onion, green chili, egg, and green coriander. Then make the dough and form the kebabs. You can also coat with breadcrumbs (optional)
  4. Now, put cooking oil in a pan and warm it. Douse the kebabs in egg, and shallow fry them in the cooking oil.
  5. Fry till it gets perfectly cooked, and serve it with lemon, onion slices, and green chutney.
  6. After following all the steps, you are finally ready with the chicken Shammi kebab. Eat, enjoy and have a delicious evening!
Recipe Notes

If the Chicken Shami Kebab mixture is too wet then 1-2 tsp besan or gram flour or add breadcrumbs and it will absord the excess moisture. Skipping egg is not remommended as eggs make the kebabs moist and soft.
