Paneer Pizza Cups In Appe Pan
These paneer pizza cups can be baked till crisp but if I don’t have that patience or time or have other things lined up then my appe pan comes to rescue. These paneer pizza cups are very easy to make and with no fixed rules. You can add or replace the veggies of your choice and enjoy them.

Instructions
  1. Add chopped onions, tomato, capsicum, grated paneer, oregano, salt, chili flakes, mayo, and sauces in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Keep it aside
  3. Now take the bread slices and roll them thin using rolling pin.
  4. With the help of a cutter or bowl cut them into circular shape so that it fit in appe pan
  5. Now apply butter in the appe pan(optional) and place the bread slices in the appe pan holes.
  6. Put your stuffing in the bread cups and top it with grated cheese
  7. Now cover the pan and cook else the cheese will not melt.
  8. Once the cheese is melted and the bread cups are crisp you can remove them from the pan.
  9. Optional Step: I grilled the pizza cups on high in microwave oven to get the brown patches on the cheese but this step is optional.
  10. Serve them immedieatly with tomato ketchup or with dip of your choice.
  11. Enjoy
