Sattu Chocolate Bars | Sattu Energy Bars| Sattu Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Jaggery Powder
- 50 g Dark Chocolate
- 2 1/2 tsp Desi Ghee/ Coconut Oil
Instructions
- Take 1 Cup Sattu in a bowl
- Take 3 Tbsp Jaggery Powder in a bowl and add 50g melted Dark Chocolate in it. Add Desi Ghee to this,
- Add the wet mixture to Sattu
- Mix it well and it should come together as smooth dough then transfer it to a flat surface
- Once set cut into your favorite shapes and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks

Use the double boiler method to melt the chooclates it is advisable to do it in a steel utensil.
