Ingredients
- 5 tablespoon Greek yogurt curd thick
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 3 strawberries medium sized chopped
- 1/2 or 1 banana frozen (depending on your taste)
- 1 tablespoon Honey or sugar (as per your taste)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the blender and pulse until combined.
- Serve immediately.
- Add milk if it is too thick or add ice or frozen fruits if it is too thin.
