I posted the recipe of Eggless Wholewheat Oats Banana Cake which became quite popular. So, thought of sharing the same cake recipe with eggs for those who love eggs in their cake. This recipe is with eggs as they help in adding fluffiness and sponginess to the cake. I made this cake in the pressure cooker but you can make it in oven too. This is an awesome cake with the goodness of bananas and oats in it. Its moist, soft and I am sure it would be hard to stop yourself from relishing this cake. A perfect teatime cake to suffice your sweet cravings. So, bake this cake and make yourself and your family happy.
I would love to hear and see how your cake turned out to be. So, don’t forget to leave your feedback, suggestions or queries in the comment section about this recipe.
