Instructions
  1. Add All-purpose flour, salt, ajwain, oil in a bowl and use water to knead a dough use sufficient oil so that it holds it's shape in fist
  2. Roll it thin and cut into diamond shape or square shape or any desired shape
  3. heat the oil and deep fry them on medium flame
  4. Once they turn golden brown, take them out and allow them to cool completely
  5. Store in an airtight box and enjoy with tea
