- Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 cups All-purpose flour / Maida Maida
- 1 tablespoon Corn flour
- 3/4 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- Salt a pinch
- 1/3 cup Refined oil
- 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 medium sized Ripe bananas
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract or essence
- 1/2 teaspoon Synthetic Vinegar
- 1 cup Fresh strawberries
- And Butter or oil for greasing the baking dish

- Chop the strawberries into small pieces and keep them aside. In a separate bowl mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cornflour, and salt whisk them properly and ensure that there are no lumps.
- In a separate bowl add riped bananas and mash them properly. Then add granulated sugar and vanilla essence and whisk it quickly.
- Then add the prepared mixture of all-purpose flour to the banana puree and mix all of them well. Then add strawberries to it and wrap them properly in the mixture.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius and then grease the baking dish.
- Gently pour the batter into the baking dish and then place some strawberries on it. Bake it for 35 to 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Put a knife and if it comes out clean then your cake is baked. If not then bake it more for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Let the cake cool down and serve it.
