Sweets are a part of every festival they are a must on the menu. But when I plan my Holi I menu I even add some salty, crunchy snacks even to it. In India, there are many snacking options for festivals. One such snack that I love to serve is Nimki or Namak pare. The snack is salty and tasty. My family loves to eat the crispy Namak pare or Namak para along with the Holi sweets.
