I am always in search of some quick, simple and delicious recipes especially for tea time. Mostly the evening tea is paired with bhel, chana chaat, khakhra, bread pizza, etc. I love the idea of bread pizza. Crisp bread topped with pizza toppings and cheese tastes absolutely yum. The bread pizza tempted me to try pizza cups.  These pizza cups can be baked till crisp but if I don’t have that patience or time or have other things lined up then my appe pan comes to rescue. I love my appe pan and use it extensively. No wonder why everyone calls it magic pan.

These paneer pizza cups are very easy to make and with no fixed rules. You can add or replace the veggies of your choice and enjoy them. After cooking  these pizza cups in appe pan I placed them on a high rack in microwave oven and grilled it for 1 minute on high temperature to get the brown patched on the cheese but this step is optional. The kids will love it and it can be a part of your party menu too.
