Despite being an authentic Gujarati dish, Dhokla has a special place in everyone’s hearts around India. I mean, why not? This spongy and fluffy delight has a unique taste and flavor that has been loved for generations. The other day I was thinking about trying something special with Dhokla. Moreover, what I loved the most about Dhoklas is that there are multiple varieties to try out. So, you never get bored of experimenting with this soft and fluffy steamed snack. Now, here’s my version of Khaman Dhokla in a microwave oven. What I like the most about this dish is that I can reinforce its batter with tasty and delicious veggies like crushed green peas, grated carrots, fenugreek leaves, and more. When it comes to Indian food, I never stop experimenting! Once I got to know about the different types of Dhokla batters, there was no one to stop me from experimenting with the Dhokla recipe in a microwave.
