Chicken Cafreal

Instructions
  1. Grind coriander leaves, ginger, garlic cumin seeds, black pepper, bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, green chilies in a mixer. Grind it into a fine paste. –
  2. Add salt and turmeric powder, lemon juice to the chicken along with the green spice mix. – Mix it well and make sure you coat the chicken well with the spice mix.
  3. Marinate the chicken for a minimum of 20 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and place the chicken pieces.
  5. Fry the chicken in batches.
  6. Use the spice mix water and add it to the chicken.
  7. Cover the pan and cook it for 15 minutes. – In another pan, heat oil so as to cook the sliced potatoes. – Add salt to the potatoes and cook them well.
  8. Also, keep turning the chicken pieces so as to cook it from all sides. –
  9. Serve this authentic Chicken Cafreal hot with crispy potato wedges. Enjoy 🙂
