Ingredients

Fresh Paneer
cut into cubes

Small Capsicum
chopped into 1 inch pieces

Small Onion
chopped into 1 inch pieces

Medium sized Onion
grind into paste

Ginger-garlic paste

green chilli
finely chopped

hung curd

Small Tomatoes puree

Tata Sampann Paneer Masala

Tata Sampann Red chilli powder

Tata Sampann Turmeric powder

Dry Fenugreek Leaves (kasuri methi)

Oil for cooking
Salt to taste
Instructions
Heat very little oil in a pan and stir fry capsicum and onion pieces. Keep it aside.
Heat oil again in a pan and add cumin seeds
Add onion paste and saute it for 5 minutes
Add ginger garlic paste and saute well
Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook well till mushy.
Add Tata Sampann chilli powder, turmeric powder, paneer masala, salt
Saute well then take a small portion of the masala and add to the curd
Mix well then add all the curd back to the pan ( this step helps in preventing the curdling of curd )
Mix well then add the saute capsicum and onion and paneer cubes
Add water to adjust the consistency
Cook for 5 more minutes
Serve hot with chapatis or paratha
