  1. Heat very little oil in a pan and stir fry capsicum and onion pieces. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil again in a pan and add cumin seeds
  3. Add onion paste and saute it for 5 minutes
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and saute well
  5. Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook well till mushy.
  6. Add Tata Sampann chilli powder, turmeric powder, paneer masala, salt
  7. Saute well then take a small portion of the masala and add to the curd
  8. Mix well then add all the curd back to the pan ( this step helps in preventing the curdling of curd )
  9. Mix well then add the saute capsicum and onion and paneer cubes
  10. Add water to adjust the consistency
  11. Cook for 5 more minutes
  12. Serve hot with chapatis or paratha
  13. Enjoy
