Pasta Arrabiata

  1. Boil the pasta in a deep pan, drain the excess water and keep it aside.
  2. In another pan, add oil and garlic and green chili. Saute it for 2 minutes.
  3. Add chopped onions, saute for 3 minutes.
  4. Add chopped Tomatoes and cook till they are done.
  5. Add chopped chicken pieces (This step is optional,you can skip it if you don’t want to add chicken)
  6. Cover the pan and cook till the chicken is done.
  7. Now add tomato puree, tomato sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, soy sauce,chili flakes, black pepper,oregano, salt
  8. Cook all together for 5 Minutes.
  9. Add Pasta and keep mixing till the sauce thickens and pasta is well coated.
  10. Add cheese spread (you can also use grated processed cheese, I used it because it was available with me.)
  11. Cook it for 2 Minutes.
  12. Serve immediately and Enjoy.
  13. *Top is up with some extra cheese if you want.
