  1. Peel the onions and keep them in a bowl or jar
  2. Use knief and make cross on the onions
  3. Add vinegar, salt, sugar, water and beetroot slices
  4. Keep aside for 12-24 hours
  5. And it’s ready.
Recipe Notes

-Store the vinegar onion in the refrigerator for 7 days.

-You can use the vinegar mixture again for making sirke wali pyaz.

-Before serving you can either slice them in thin rings
